Includes: -Scalp Pre-Cleanse Concentrate -Dry +Itchy Medicated Cleanse -Dry + Itchy Conditioner under steam -Targeted scalp massage -Growth/Strength Booster Mist (leave-in) -Home care recommendations > This is the “my scalp is irritated and I’m tired of scratching” service.
Cancellation Policy
Card Policy To reserve an appointment, a valid credit/debit card is required on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It is securely stored and only used in the event of a late cancellation, late rescheduling, or no-show in accordance with my cancellation policy. By booking you agree to these terms. Cancellation Policy Late Reschedules Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will require a $25 late reschedule fee. This fee is credited toward your new appointment. Late Cancellation Appointments cancelled or with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged $50 or less according to the service cost. A credit will not be applied to a new appointment. No Call-No Show No-shows will be charged $50 or less according of the service cost. This policy protects my time and ensures fairness to all clients.
