Service Description
A strand and skin patch test will be conducted for correct color selection and unknown allergies. Please bring some inspiration pictures and photos. Arrive with hair detangled. Color services cannot be conducted on the same, after the next 24 hours if available.
Cancellation Policy
Card Policy To reserve an appointment, a valid credit/debit card is required on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It is securely stored and only used in the event of a late cancellation, late rescheduling, or no-show in accordance with my cancellation policy. By booking you agree to these terms. Cancellation Policy Late Reschedules Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will require a $25 late reschedule fee. This fee is credited toward your new appointment. Late Cancellation Appointments cancelled or with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged $50 or less according to the service cost. A credit will not be applied to a new appointment. No Call-No Show No-shows will be charged $50 or less according of the service cost. This policy protects my time and ensures fairness to all clients.
